Shipping policy
The following shipping polices apply to all orders from lamy.com.my:
- All orders will be shipped via local courier service "GDex". We do not have a self-collect option nor do we use other courier services.
- Please select the correct region and indicate the full address for the delivery, we cannot change the delivery route once goods have been shipped.
- As all our deliveries are via GDex, once goods are shipped, a shipping tracking number will be emailed for our customers to track their deliveries. Customers can track their orders via ttps://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking.html
- All sold products undergo proper packaging and wrapping, the Company is not liable for boxes damage caused by shipment.
- Should the parcel's outer box is badly damaged and lead to risk of product compromised, do not accept the parcel and take photos to share us for further investigation and arrangement.
- Orders will be processed and shipped within the next 3 working days with exception of customised/ personalised orders which requires a longer lead time. Customers for these special orders will be notified by our customer service via email on the estimated delivery time.
